Overview:
To keep your VPS online, invoices must be paid on time. We understand things can happen, so we’ve built in a short grace period before permanent termination.
What Happens if You Don’t Pay?
-
Invoice Due Date
-
Your invoice must be paid by the due date shown.
-
-
3 Days Overdue – Service Suspension
-
If your invoice is unpaid after 3 days, your VPS will be suspended.
-
While suspended, your VPS is offline and inaccessible until the invoice is cleared.
-
-
7 Days Overdue – Service Termination
-
If payment is still not received after 7 days, your VPS will be terminated.
-
Termination means your VPS and all associated data are permanently deleted.
-
Once terminated, we cannot restore your VPS.
-
✅ How to Avoid Suspension or Termination
-
Always keep your billing details up to date.
