Unpaid Invoices

Overview:
To keep your VPS online, invoices must be paid on time. We understand things can happen, so we’ve built in a short grace period before permanent termination.

What Happens if You Don’t Pay?

1. Invoice Due Date

   • Your invoice must be paid by the due date shown.

2. 3 Days Overdue – Service Suspension

   • If your invoice is unpaid after 3 days, your VPS will be suspended.

   • While suspended, your VPS is offline and inaccessible until the invoice is cleared.

3. 7 Days Overdue – Service Termination

   • If payment is still not received after 7 days, your VPS will be terminated.

   • Termination means your VPS and all associated data are permanently deleted.

   • Once terminated, we cannot restore your VPS.

• Always keep your billing details up to date.

• Pay invoices before the due date.

• If you need extra time, contact our Billing Department before the deadline to discuss options.
